The procedures for registering investments in the Republic of Yemen, and granting benefits, incentives, facilities and exemptions, are based on the provisions of Investment Law No. (3) of 2025 and its executive regulations, according to established foundations and clear standards through the single window system (one point of entry, one point of exit and one point of receipt).
